Alexis began her career in finance, building strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers and business operations. Wanting to apply these strengths in a new context, she moved into the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality support and enhance the customer experience. This shift deepened her insight into user needs and reinforced the importance of designing solutions with the customer in mind.
She then transitioned into a Business Analyst role where she identified opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement data-driven solutions that add value.
Today as Project Delivery Lead, Alexis leverages her diverse experience to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects aligned with technical and strategic goals, with a strong focus on automation and AI integration to enhance workflows, drive innovation, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
