Terran-Jane Humphreys is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager to CEO, Scott O'Neill. Terran brings 12 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including six years of corporate legal experience, and is one of the most integral members of the Rethink Group team.
As Scott's right hand, Terran operates with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and initiative - managing the CEO's communications, calendar, and key relationships while acting as the primary point of contact for agents, solicitors, brokers, investors, and the wider team. Her EA role extends well beyond traditional executive support, encompassing the supervision and mentoring of the Admin team, cross-business coordination, and operational involvement across all areas of the business. Having been with Rethink for many years, she knows the organisation inside and out, giving her a unique ability to understand how every team needs to interact for optimal results and to proactively drive the processes that keep things running smoothly.
In her Office Manager capacity, Terran oversees the full day-to-day running of the office - managing suppliers, vendors, budgets, workspace logistics, onboarding and offboarding, and WHS compliance. She also plays a key role in shaping Rethink's internal culture, coordinating team events, company-wide communications, and ensuring a professional and engaged workplace environment.
Her ability to seamlessly blend executive support, operational oversight, and people leadership - all while maintaining an exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail - is what makes Terran an exceptional asset to the team.
